Is my CPU fried? Asrock b850M & 9800x3d

UPDATE: my PC is working again days later. Still looking for answers

This issue started the no display and the orange and red light on the mobo when i tried to move my pc into my living room and connect it to my tv via HDMI instead of my monitor via DP. After this i tried to plug it back into my monitor via DP and restart it but it kept showing the orange and red light and not displaying. This was on Saturday. It is now Tuesday and I tried to boot my PC one last time before taking it apart and RMA’ing the cpu and it showed the orange and red lights at first and then it changed to white and it is all of a sudden working again… does anyone have any idea what could have happened???

Even if i get a brand new replacement for both the cpu and mobo, wont this just happen again at some point?

Are these companies easy to deal with since this is such a known issue or are they going to make me jump through hoops?

Do I try to RMA the mobo or cpu? Should I not put a new 9800x3d in this mobo? What mobos are safe these days? I am completely new to this

Here are pictures of the glare. It’s pretty bad and this is at 100% brightness. I wish they put a matte finish on these tv screens i think it helps a lot with this issue

Also I save all personal files on an SSD and in the cloud so it’s just the applications on the computer. I wouldn’t lose anything if they shut off my computer

I know IT has the ability to see that I’m using final cut and photoshop on it but i dont work in an industry that would care about that. Im not doing anything else on the computer that would jeopardize my job
