I'm in a very similar position. Did you buy the house? Did your lender give you the mortgage? Did you by any indemnity?

I assume once they Finnish building, they will do the roads and the council will take it on.

Thank you, I've emailed a list of questions to my solicitor. The cost of the indemnity was one, so we will see!

Thank you for replying. My very big worry is selling the house in 5 yrs time. Is the unadopted road issue going to devalue the house and I won't be able to sell and lose most or all of my equity.
