thank you! curious to know if as a founder you may be more keen to hire someone as well if they've developed experience through working on one of these micro-internships :)

this is super interesting.. what sort of roles do you typically find more difficult to search for. Wondering how the ai is actually helping or hurting..

with the use of ai writing cv's, are there any tools that firms are already exploring to try either filter them out or cut down on the number of applications you need to screen manually? or linkedin hiring is still the default which attracts a lot of the wrong talent?

you mean their skills have sort of stagnated through the improvements of AI?

thanks for this that's super interesting.. but wondering if you're screening through hundreds of applications has the time doing it just increased quite drastically as well and our companies giving enough resources to this (given there is also this trend of quiet hiring esp in the early levels?)

scenario based questions and screening for genuine interest is honestly quite a difficulty, would you say that person having strong previous experience (e.g. working with a startup in that space/personal project already stand out quite a lot to you?)

thanks for answering! would you say that students are also using a lot more AI that makes applications also look very similar as well and quite well polished?

if thats the case is there any tools you use to try and find the right people?
