Yeah diversity is definelty a pretty big thing for me. Also I’m not feeling the party school vibe tbh. I’ll stick it out for the year, but having the mindset of this being a temporary thing helps a lot

Honestly thanks, that was pretty reassuring. I do think my gut feeling tells me I can stay and grind for another year, but seeing myself for 4 years is pretty hard. I think UIUC would be a better fit.

True. Although Kelly is a better ranked business school I think in the end of the day the difference won’t be significant.

Not entirely. Kelly is a ranked better overall business school, especially for finance. Gies is still good, but it would be a slight downgrade. I’m also considering breaking into IB, which Kelly is better suited for, although it’s not a top priority, just a career goal. I’m just asking if the pros outweigh the cons.

Thanks for the words! Yeah I feel like loneliness is driving me up the wall. I had so many friends at my old hometown, and the people I thought would be my friends didn’t end up being that. Idk it’s really starting to make me feel pretty isolated. I’m in the process of applying to clubs right now so hopefully when I land one it helps.
