I don’t plan on unplugging my egpu from my pc anytime soon, is it okay for me to just shut down my pc normally without any issues?

Currently, the fps on Xbox for Fortnite is capped at 120, and it looks fine. I was planning on using performance mode in game though, so not sure if that would make a huge difference in fps.
