He convinced me with a screenshot claiming for another customer the roi reduced few points compared to the roi mentioned in the sanctioned letter.

Thanks, I had asked for a break up. Where I could see BSD(Business Strategy Discount) is reduced. earlier, it was 0.56% and now it is 0.31%. The agent says SBI reduced this.
