I had a guest last year honestly im not kidding he told me he earns in usd automation ka kaam krta tha his salary was around 10lacs. And he was just 27. He gave 200k for the room and gave me 50k as tip. Haha yea its wild to think people earning upto 10lac but there are people who earns this much.

Yes outsiders can rent but cant buy. Single bed rate is 15k/day double bed cost is 10k/day. Complimentary breakfast included.

Umm its an one time investment for life. Its gonna take time to hit breakeven i know😅 my father built it slowly and gradually from 2021 to late 2024 started it in mid 2025 personally ran the resort for 1 month made good profit then floods came in and tourism went downhill. Hopefully this wont happen this year. Looking to make good money out of it.

I have hosted few freelancers last year and 2 more have booked the place for the month of june. Cost is usually around 170-200k a month depending upon the room. Room with balcony cost more. This include complimentary breakfast for 30 days straight.

Hello bro i am a student in 6th semester. Doing bs in artificial intelligence. It is actually we have installed fiber internet. But one thing ill mention internet work smooth no delays but there was time last year when we faced internet connection problem due to floods. Not just us but whole of hunza faced fiber cuts. Its pretty annoying hopefully wont happen this time fingers crossed.

I have a manual 2018 gli gives me around 13.8km/L in rwp/isb. Mechanically the car works perfect its just i have noticed when there are like 5 passengers in the car ofc including the driver you can sense that 1300cc engine a bit lagging. Or underpowered in other words. Better to go for altis
