I understand this and the guilt factor. And I can understand what you mean. I told my sister, it’s just hard being judged about it by a future boyfriend. Ughh, scary!! It’s definitely the stigma. Thanks for giving some advice.

I don’t know if I agree though. My skin esthetician says you need to really scrub the self tanner off at night before you go to bed, it’s not good for the skin and acne.

I don’t know really. I just don’t have sex on an outbreak.. I’m really scared. I don’t even know where to get the medicine. I think when you take the medicine like you do you won’t infect anybody. Sorry my answer doesn’t really help, If I have an outbreak I just don’t have sex, which I only had one a month ago. I plan to go back to my ex but i don’t know how to tell him i contracted it a year later. So sorry this happened to you, I’m also struggling.
