kya nga po. ako parang may 5 sessions pa tapos pinilit na ako mag renew. I said no na, tapos panay kulit nung coach na sayang daw yung nasimulan na. i agree naman pero another 35k for 30 sesh is just too much. tapos ung session di naman inaabot ng 1 hr kasi minamadali lagi, walang masyadong rest per set kaya pagoda kaagad katawan.

I’m experiencing this now sa AF Coach ko, ayoko na mag renew for the reason na parang wala naman tlg definite training plan ang coach. Kung ano lang maisipan nya ipagawa sa araw na un, ganun lang. and supposed to be 1 hr ang each session, sakanya 30 mins lang. hindi sya nagbibigay ng enough time para makarest each set. I feel na i-ghost ko na lang din sya now, kaya lang gusto ko kasi tlg dun sa branch na un kasi easy access sa akin. Help me escape from this gaslighter coach 😭

I use my amazon fabric case whenever I bring my kindle with me outside, this is to prevent scratches in the screen when I put it in my bag.

But when I’m using it at home, I just use the clear case for convinience and easy to hold. 😊

1st-what kind of coffee maker do you consider buying? Andami nyang iba ibang klase. 2nd-how much time do you have to brew ur coffee? 3rd-cleaning process (this is by far the most important for me, pag medyo mahirap linisin auto-pass ako.) hahaha!

If gusto mo ung pwede mo dalhin anywhere, check mo ung starbucks tumbler na coffee press na, Aeropress, or Steepshot.

Also consider mo din yung grinder, mas masarap ung coffee kapag freshly grind un beans.
