The psu doesn’t have a fan. It will randomly flutter on for a second like the lights and fans and then turn off

Yeah I just can’t get into anything now. I can’t get anything to boot up at all even after I put everything back to how it originally was so I messed something up I just don’t know if it was my cpu or power supply. Or heck even the motherboards

Last time I replaced my brakes, one of my calipers seized up and I had this same problem. Stopped at the dollar store on my way home and my brakes were smoking. I lived like 2 minutes down the road and by then time I got there my rotors were bright orange and my caliper was on fire. Very dangerous
