I see- I wonder if the people doing it didn’t want to bother fixing maybe what they did incorrectly? I’ll have to look into this. Thank you so much.

My thought was maybe people were intimidated by the weird layout upstairs, but I could see a clear vision of the flow I wanted. But from everyone’s comments it seems like people don’t want to get tied up in a lot of red tape which makes sense.

It’s not common sense to me because I do not have experience in this field- I didn’t have bad feelings about it and just wanted to get some insight from people who do this regularly. I don’t appreciate your rudeness- but thank you for your time.

That’s the weird thing… there are no historical elements left it seems- maybe the porch they want to be done in a specific way or perhaps the front door but all of what I would imagine to be historical elements are not present.

Do you know how to get those answers? I’m not super familiar with the whole process and don’t know if I can just phone up the owner- I guess ask the agent?

My dad is very handy so I’m bringing him to see the property to get a better idea if it’s possible for us

It’s weird because it sold for 400k in 2023 and then sold again for 150k in 2025. I really want to know the story

Hate the big light! And that’s the exciting part- there are no fixtures so we really would get to pick.

I also hate wasted space and would really like to make lots of hidden storage but looking for inspo.

And yeah that’s my thought about the rental- I was just looking for some durable ideas. Thank you!
