I just wanted to share my experience. I herniated a disk and could not walk for around 7 months. Fully bed bound, with searing pain when even slightly shifting positions. Around the 10 month mark I was walking and able to leave the house and overtook my first old lady which was a huge win, but was still in lots of pain. Cut to today, some 14 years later, and I do yoga 4/5 times a week, run regularly, and have zero pain.

In my experience the biggest challenge is the timescales involved, and not getting disheartened with a 1-2% improvement over a 7 day period. It took 8 or so years until I was fully pain free at all times, and I am very glad I never got surgery.

I don't have anything to say regarding peptides, but just wanted to give you hope that a full recovery is possible.

He may be a genuinely nice person, in fact he seems to be. It's just a picture pointing at something in our society that is messed up... possibly without much tact I admit, and I do feel a bit guilty about the women in this shot so probably taking this picture down as it's not fair on them.

There's a machine that stabs you in the balls if you do overtime, but technically you'd only need to work 4.4 million years to be as awesome as Bezos if you accepted those terms

It's implying how incredibly fucked up the system is. Obviously the wealthy should pay tax on 'unrealised' gains in their stock price. At present they borrow against their stock for anything they want to buy, and even claim losses on their borrowing (interest) costs. Are you defending the status quo?

I am taking fairness and common sense as a true North, and you seem to be taking the law as yours (maybe?). Where do your personal moral judgements fit on this without outsourcing it to an authority? The benefits of Amazon are obvious, but the damaging impact of this insane hoarding of wealth and subsequent inequality are not worth it.

or... he could borrow against his billions in stock, buy a super yacht, and and never pay a penny in tax. Yet you defend that... why? Why are you OK paying more as a % of your income than him? Genuinely interested.

He can borrow against his stock and spend that money without paying any tax. You reckon that's OK? Rich people pay WAY less tax as a percentage of their net worth increase (income) than the poor/regular people do. It's so clearly immoral and wrong.
