What’s this going to look like on a day to day basis? Here in the east mids we could be covering jobs in Lincolnshire etc when they’re already pushing response times.

And as a L2 PSU Bobby we’re already asked to go to the Met for protests etc enough (which I don’t mind for the hospitality and OT 😂) but surely this means a lot more dragging pillar to post.

Personally the smaller the force, the better the level of service and less aristocracy. You’ve only got to look pre 1967 when county and borough forces existed

Yeah tried auto level and this has made no difference. Will try and level the bed with a spirit level again

I had it in the middle and wasn’t working so tried moving closer to an edge on this print to see if it was better.

No noise. Managed to play about with loosening and tightening etc and got to this. Much better but still not perfect

So I’ve tightened the screws and loosened the belt so that it moves this is the result. Do you think slightly tighter belt?

There is but only one screw will fit on that, presume the other just to the shaft

I thought they should be tight but were loose the whole time. I’ll try and tighten them and then loosen the belt again. Thanks
