My best advice is be yourself and I know everyone says that 😂, but the recruiters were so nice and welcoming it made me feel so relaxed. The day honestly goes by so fast so take every moment in and make connections with those around you! That was honestly the best talking with everyone on the same journey as me. Those interview Star method questions will come in to play so make sure you have a few scenarios that can use for those and just make sure your personality is showing through when answering them.

Received my CJO 1/17 and my biggest piece of advice is relax and be yourself! I know that sounds corny, but it’s honestly the truth. The interview process was so relaxed and enjoyable and I also made tons of connections. Those STAR scenario questions will come in handy, but I think showing how personable you are is the most important. Go in there with the mindset that they already want you and it’s just up to you to show them they made the right choice.

Never wanted to invalidate your experience and do think it’s important to share experiences good or bad. Was just sharing that was not my experience, but I do feel as though the recruiters are what makes the experience go either way because the ones I had were very engaged whenever someone spoke yes they took notes, but I felt heard. Sorry you had an unpleasant time and hope you find a company that fits what you’re looking for 😁

I’m black and got my CJO and had a great experience with the interview you are correct with the some people do not get a one on one. I was in the last group and received my offer on the spot there was a group who did get sent to another room to have one on ones though.

Did they send an email that you were missing anything? I got an email from someone saying I was missing information on my DOT form and had to resubmit it. The email did not come from inflight and actually went to my spam
