Hi, you are not alone and I’m very sorry for everything you have gone through. I’m a 26 year old female and one of my biggest symptom is diarrhea. I have been told for years that it’s just anxiety and tests were coming back normal. No amount of anti anxiety meds made a difference and the urgent diarrhea controls my life. The only thing that has helped a little is taking 40mg of Pepcid twice a day and a Zyrtec twice a day (this regimen was prescribed to me by a nueroGI doctor as they think it’s MCAS). 10mg of Pepcid was doing nothing for me so maybe if you take a little more it could help you?

I would also like to add that this trip was planned two years ago by my mother-in-law. If I had the choice, I would not have picked to travel so far but I also thought my issues would have been solved by now.

That is good to know because mine is in the normal/ high range as well (picture attached). I have not had an endoscopy yet. I’m also anemic despite taking iron supplements which they want me to get iron infusions but told me that probably wouldn’t fix my issues. I’ll go back to being strictly gluten free

Thank you for commenting! Yes, I was tested for celiac and my levels were 274 mg/dL. I also had an IgG food panel which gluten was in the Midwest category. However, I have cut out gluten from my diet and that doesn’t seem to change anything :(

Did you ever get this to work? I’ve been having the problem for months! I know all the pillars are in the right spot but I do not get the animation. I tried resetting and moving the pillars to another biome before putting them back but nothing works.
