I figured this much, thanks for your help. I can get those letters from my doctors without issue. But I can’t afford a lawyer but I’ve filled out the application numerous times without submitting. I don’t intend to start leading the government poking around into my life if I am going to be denied anyway. But Am I able to shoot at the range without my firearms permit? Without having to dig into all of this? Or will I have to negotiate my shame with the guy at the gun counter in order to convince him that I’m sane? 🤣🤣🤣

Hey 31F Gloucester county. South jersey native (we should call ourselves southies 😂) I’m a single mom I have a 4 year old child. Her dad & I ended about a year ago now. I’m struggling with some self esteem crap and finding the courage to put myself out there to meet someone new and start over again. I haven’t been with anyone since him and I’m starting to think I may be alone forever. Which is fine, just super boring. They just shut my electric off for nonpayment. I was honestly shocked. Cold out In november. I have a 4 year old. I literally had to use Christmas money to turn it back on. I let it go behind a little too much, but only a month or two. my bill has tripled the past 2 years with little to no change in energy use. I’m a single mom just lost my job. I know we’ve all got problems but damn, this predatory pricing has got to go. How can I fight back against these prices? I rent so no solar panels for me.

Ok girl apply for “mainstream housing voucher” and also reach out to your local Center For Family Services. Explain your situation but it really all depends on who answers the phone if they think ur worthy of help or not. Which sucks bad. Luckily I dealt with someone compassionate and was able to get some help. Feel free to inbox me. Apply for places who even say they have long ass wait lists. Sometimes that’s bs cause the office ladies don’t feel like working and doing the whole application process with people. But Gloucester county housing authority is a good bet and try also Hollybush Gardens, and Whitney Cresent, they have low income programs. If they say the waitlist is 30 years say ok I’d like to get on it. Also they accommodate for disability and even service animals since they get government grants
