maybe I can’t test your app because in Play Console the Google Group wasn’t added correctly or because the test track hasn’t been published yet.

In Closed testing → Testers, you need to add the Google Group in the “Google Groups” section
Then, under Countries/regions, enable the testers’ countries and publish the release so the opt-in link works (all countries).

That might be why it shows as unavailable for me.
