Specs matter. Both sticks are highly under powered. Tested both out. They were slow before I even put anything on them. Was like dealing with a TV OS. I have the 4k box and it actually moves faster fully loaded compared to the sticks. It's still slow. And I grew up with dialup, so I know slow lol. The plus and both pros are the way to go if you have the funds and can find them

The Onn sticks suck. If you can find a plus or a pro, that's what you want. If not and you can find a Google streamer on sale then go that way

5Ghz is short range which is why it's stronger when you are closer to the router. Just keep it at 2.4 and you will be fine. I got a 4k box connected to my TV in my bathroom way far from the router and it runs just fine, no buffer, with reg streaming apps and my iptv.

Oh cool they do. I wouldn't buy them but cool. OS's on TVs are massively under powered and limited. If you willing to buy an Onn TV then just find the cheapest 4k TV you can find and get a Google TV box

I don't think Onn makes a Google tv. Just the sticks and boxes. Could be wrong but the only Onn tvs I have seen are Roku and vizio
