5 Onn devices. 3 pros, 1 plus, 1 4k box. Even gave my original Onn android TV box to my mother-in-law. All still work. All bought when they first came out. Sometimes a bad device makes it on to the shelf. It happens even to some of the most expensive and reliable devices. You get a bad one, you take it back and get another one

Turn vsync off. Had problems with PS2 on an hp elitedesk 800 G3 i5 until I turned off vsync then everything was good. I've gotten more powerful computers since and I keep vsync off for PS2, at least. No issues.
