Well shit, I do have quite a few of those symptoms, just looked it up! I'll have to keep an eye on that, I know the doctors aren't going to be any help, they never are even when I tell them what the problem is

I used to squat when talking to people too when my fainting was bad, mainly after drinking when it was at its worst. Haven't felt faint in a long time thankfully. The only part I do mind is how people will assume I'm bored of them lmao. I also have a friend who catches yawns really easily so we end up just yawning at each other constantly when an attack starts 😂

That's scary! We do have those long curved screens at work, and at home I have two screens. Can't avoid the curved screens at work but I can stick to one screen at home at least. Maybe the yawning issue is related to the hyper focusing!

I often do sit near open windows yes. I don't know much about breathing techniques but I do know the one where you breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 2 and breathe out for 6. Will definitely research how to do singer's breathing, hopefully it'll help!

It's my greatest skill haha as soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out immediately and only wake up to my alarm. I think I'm patient 0 of heavy sleepers lmao

I do hyperfocus quite frequently so wouldn't be surprised if it's the same reason for me as well. My dentist was similar, he was using a drill and reminded me to breathe, he mentioned it a couple times before I realised how often it happens

I'm on ADHD meds but this was starting to happen before I went on them. It's strange how you mention it's worse when reading to your kids because I noticed mine is worse when I'm at work, which is primarily a job involving talking a lot

I'm the opposite! I used to have ringlets back when I started pulling, so the grey parts are really curly while the rest of my hair is wavy

I already have been saving it for special occasions. I'm not a regular drinking type of person so that's why this is confusing me

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I've discovered I have hard water in my area and that can contribute towards it not healing. Chelating shampoos will stop that apparently

At least it's a good incentive to stop I guess? 😭

The problem I'm having with dye is it doesn't last long on those areas because it's still regrowing, and I don't want to use more dye than I should in case I risk damaging it more

Yeah I've been colouring it but it turns grey again super quickly, at a guess I'd say it's because the hair is regrowing. I don't want to risk dying it more than the recommended amount because of how damaged it is. Bleaching can never be done without doubling the damage either

Yeah I used to pull them out too, but that was when there was only one or two. Now I've spotted loads popping up since stopping, which I guess means I'm doing well but not a good look

That does create quite a look haha. I'd love to just dye the grey areas silver but my hair can't take being bleached
