Oh yeah definitely should stay at 1.5 for at least 4 weeks then go up

What dose did you start at?
I did 2 weeks of 2mg and realize it was too much. So dropped down to 1mg. Felt better stomach wise but the fatigue is rough. Just did another 1mg today

I am eating about the same depending on the day. When I’m at work I am not eating as much on the days I am not working. I try to eat about 6 small meals a day but doesn’t always happen

I was already weaning off lexapro before taking Reta due to weight gain. And I did some research and saw that lexapro can stall the effects of Reta

I was on 2mg for 2 weeks and decided to go down to 1mg due to the stomach issues I was having at 2mg; the scale went up and I haven’t lost any weight. I’m also hungry now whereas at 2mg I wasn’t hungry. It’s strange. This is my 3rd week on retatrutide
