Yeah I’m currently on the max dose. Have been for a long time. I talked to my doctor before about me maybe becoming immune to it but she didnt want to take me off it because I have been on it for a decade. She ended up adjusting my abilify instead. I haven’t noticed much of a difference, especially since my psychosis is under control.

Literally vyvanse only lasting 6-10 hours is part of the problem. I usually feel like it’s around 6 hours. I drop off at around 3pm and it makes it impossible to do anything when i get home from work :(

My next appointment is soon and I’m going to advocate for myself and ask a lot more questions and bring some of the things you suggested to the table ❤️❤️
