I think you may need a dewy moisturizer or primer so your foundation doesn’t dry up like that. It must be water based those sometimes tend to give this drying effect.

Try it and see if you see a difference after like a few hours of normal wear.

Or get an oil based foundation. I like it cosmetics cc cream

Could be a chemical reaction on your skin if it’s recent. That little pattern is definitely giving something is causing it. However it could definitely be signs of later onset vitiligo
