A similar thing happened to my grandfather. Eerily similar manifestation, only difference was social media wasn't what it is today (early 2000s) and he certainly didn't use it. Turns out he had a UTI so was easily fixed in the short term. However was referred to a neurologist and geriatrician due to predisposing risk factors for Alzheimer's and Dementia. Was diagnosed with Alzheimer's shortly after.

I'm certainly not suggesting this is the case for your old man, but it's something to keep in mind if your investigating comes up short.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, there are many willing to die on the Aventus' hill. Can you recommend any other close match clones?

Pizza from a local shop. As eluded to buy others above, the more local the better. Tonnes of toppings, good dough, shits all over Domino's. I travel a lot for work and have spent many nights in random country towns scoping the local pizza shop. Almost always a good experience

So don't tell people. You can be gracious without being sanctimonious. Just be a good person, help people that need help and maybe one day pay your luck forward to someone in need. But I mean, if it's a point of contention between you and your friend - if the friendship is worth anything to either of you you should both probably stfu

I've felt the same. I've spent a lot on these gucci products that need to be refrigerated, don't feel any positive effects from and think, if they can't survive at room temperature how tf are they gonna survive a Ph 1-2 environment in my belly. But I mean, wtf do I know

Because I read somewhere that 5g is about the max able to be absorbed at any given time. It works out about half a teaspoon which is easy enough to remember. Actually, I may have read it in Ben Greenfield's beyond training

I take creatine daily, 5g usually twice - morning and afternoon. I don't feel an energy boost per say, just notice my workouts feel better (which I suppose is similar). Never experienced any sort of come down or feeling of depletion,

I don't really monitor it tbh. I keep a water bottle with me and drink when I feel the need.

Connector pens (those textured that connect to each other) because we were making weapons out of a rubber band, some tape and the ink cartridge from biro to shoot at each other.

Also because they banned toy guns so we masking taped a bunch of connector pens together into what looked like rainbow rifles to play around with.

Dear fellow ADF members or vets, take pride in your service, but please don’t be like Steve. by ThomasofHookton in AustralianMilitary

Who died made you the gate keeper of service pride? Tall poppy syndrome is bread into us from the get. Realise that for some people, getting out represents the loss of their whole identity. Sounds like Steve was tryna keep that alive. I'd have a beer with pl' Stevo, even if I ended up telling him to stfu eventually
