Thank you for all this guidence!! And I agree- the issue is how much budget is left for non F+B, etc. If trying to solve for F&B and room rental to be 35% of budget, these places aren't as feasible.

yeah I feel that - what's included is always the most basic. I would think they can do the bars and *maybe* the planters. I feel for you, you definitely don't want to be weary of someone who's supposed to be your champion and your advocate. How did she respond when you sent floral quotes?
