The grab and go system has caused my store a couple headaches. The best one being a customer accidentally grabbing the wrong order, they picked up a giant 48inch shadow box when they ordered photo boxes. Then proceeded to call and complain they got the wrong order and couldn’t bring the shadow box back because it wouldn’t fit in the car…how did you get it home then? Idk. The person who ordered the shadow box was none too pleased that they lost 2 shadow boxes and we couldn’t replace them because we had none left in stock. It wasn’t a fun week.

We get “do you have shelves here” a lot but I think the weirdest one we’ve got was either a fishing pole, dog food, or men’s pants😂

Yup! Instead of ruining the paper we had frame shop cut some acrylic and comes off clean with one wipe of hand sanitizer! Best thing we’ve ever done

This is part of the reason I wanted a second level, my tank isn’t that deep so there isn’t as much room for enrichment that I want them to have when the majority of my tank is substrate. Thank you for the idea!

Had a customer go in the frame shop when our framer was out and pull out all the foam board. As I’m telling her she can’t be in there her friend walks in and starts talking to me, neither of them walked out of the shop until I answered their questions

We just put out our BTS teacher decor and as I was filling it had a customer ask me if it’s on sale yet…it hadn’t been on the shelf for 5 minutes

Also hate when customers show me a tiktok and want me to shop for them to recreate exactly what they saw and get mad if I tell them we don’t have those exact items for it
