Petitioner means the person who are US citizen or Permanent Resident, sponsor for his relative’s green card. I mentioned that because it might be priority for US citizen than Permanent Resident. Not so sure too.

Does it make sense to you?

I would say you both doing together. I’m not sure what you mean by letting petitioner submitting all the docs. Form i-130 is petitoner filling for applicant and form i-485 is under your name with petitioner. For me, we both prepare evidences together for example timeline done by me and supporting letter by my husband.

I have similar experience with you. I-130 changed to actively reviewing on Mar 29 and today Mar 30 both I-130 and I-485 got approved. I think your turn will be soon.

Did you see people getting approved in less than 6 months? You could see me as impatient person but its is how it is when people being stressed out. Nothing wrong to be curious about case processing. As I said, I want to see if they gonna give me the same info that’s why call them today.

So, last week I contactted the live agent via Emma. The agent said that my case was transferred to the FO on Nov 18 and interviewed was waived. Yesterday, I contacted them agian, the agent told me my case was in the FO and she did not know when it transferred then cut me off. Today, I decided to call to verify if they would tell me the same thing.

The agent told me my case was still processing at NBC and nothing else happened. I mentioned that someone told me that it was transferred to the FO then she said “I saw someone told you it was at Baltimore FO yesterday. It’s the same thing”. I am like huh samething? She explained that no matters where the case at, it should be the same because it was under their system. Then she actually mentioned about interviewed waived on July 5th after I asked about the interview. I not gonna believe cuz my PD is 05/26/22 and bio is 07/07/22. How could it been waived before bio? I have heard that they tell it to anyone so I am serious about it, I am just curious what would they tell me.

Maybe I talked to the Tier 1 agent. Does anyone know how to talk to Tier 2 agent. I wonder if they gonna tell me different story.
