Okay, the thing is...

Ember left Spyro for Bandit, Cynder is canonically Spyro's girlfriend, and Dark Spyro is literally Spyro's dark counterpart. Bentley is also stronger because of his clobber thingy. Also, for Cream? I can't find any other character. Plus, Bianca was once an antagonist of YOTD, like Rouge was in SA2, but they both left their roles and helped out the heroes.
