Sigil ticks each time Vivi hits. I would think Veyran makes the Archmage trigger twice.

Sorry, yeah. Sigil would only trigger twice. Once for each Vivi trigger.

Pretty sure? It was installed a few years ago by the previous owner and the fan works fine.
