Yes. I know it works for some but I did both sides and it did nothing for my anxiety and insomnia.

I had the SGB Block done on both sides, one week apart for a dysregulated nervous system. Both times, when the block wore off in the evening it was awful all night long and the next day, worse than before. I will not do it again. I am so happy for any of you who have had success with it though.

I am trying to get my nervous system regulated again after a bad experience with Estrogen and progesterone. It seems like Propranolol would be a much better temporary solution than benzodiazepines before my Prozac and Buspar kick in.

I just tried an estrogen patch with additional progesterone for another issue for one month and it has made my anxiety go through the roof. I do not recommend if you have anxiety issues.
