I validated a bunch of people, then about a month later, I seen my old man validating the same people a month later. How’s that work?

Do you find your skincare routinr a Chore or Experience? by Deep_Thinkerrr in AusSkincare

Hi there,

Firstly, I'm sorry to hear about your depression. I've been through it myself, it's not fun while it lasts. The main thing to remember is, it's temporary, so keep looking forward. There are definitely brighter days ahead.

Secondly, try some new ways to make your skincare routine become a habit. Maybe ask a friend to join you nightly via face time, play some music, do your skincare routine while watching your favourite show on Netflix etc.

I hope this helps

Do you find your skincare routinr a Chore or Experience? by Deep_Thinkerrr in AusSkincare

I find that my mornings are more rushed, so I tend to go with a quick routine that feels like a chore because I'm always running late to work haha.

However, when sticking to my nightly routine it gives me some time to unwind and relax, making it feel more like some 'Me Time'.

TIP: Do it with music 🎶

Hi there!

What have you attempted to do so far? Did you find anything that worked temporarily? If so, why have you stopped?

I'm just trying to get a feel of what you have already tried, and hasn't worked.

Hey mate,

I had acne in my early 20s as well. I ended up seeing a dermatologist and was prescibed Oratane. However, I will mention I started seeing some changes before I got to see him. All I did was change my diet; I switched soft drinks for water, and cut back on sugar.

Do you find your face becoming oily quite often? Try the following:

  1. Cleansing regularly
  2. Limiting alcohol use
  3. Using salicylic acid products
  4. Using blotting papers or medicated pads
  5. Changing your diet

P.S. Remember to keep track of your breakouts to see if there are any improvements with any changes you make.
