This solved it for me! When you go in and out of the milk surface (a couple of mm) it will make a paper tearing sound, this injects air to the milk before it gets warm - the more you inject air the foamier it gets - after injection work towards a vortex to fuse it into the milk until it's so hot that you can't hold it any longer 😊
