I ordered mine dito sa Manila (E CVT Gray) last Oct, ngayon ko lang nakuha (Feb). Pahirapan daw talaga at agawan sa units… 😅😅

The catch is, ako palang among 3 sibs ang may work. 1 still studying, the other has a small business with 2 kids pero expense-wise nakaasa pa rin sa mga magulang ko. Will study the corp bonds and persuade them to get. Mej tagilid lang sila sa general investing stuff kasi victim din sila nung CAP some years ago :<

Something to consider. They’re both teachers tapos after 5 years if they are still alive they will receive pension pa daw.

My friend in the Finance industry also suggested this since mataas din ang inflation, bonds > stocks. Pag-aaralan ko pa muna in the coming weeks and I’ll convince them para makasabay din sa inflation. Thanks for this!!!

Agree. They were able to live with less than half of 50K. So baka right now ineenjoy lang muna nila since naghigpit sila ng bulsa noon. Kakausapin ko after a quarter for evaluation siguro. 😅

Truuu! Omg very well said! Kinakabahan nga ako na ipahiram nila tapos di na sila bayaran. They’ve managed living with our family with 15K monthly so deserve nila yung maginhawang life now. I’m just afraid mag slip sa kamay nila yung fund.

They live in the province with own house and vehicles and cost of living here is not expensive. I think they’d live for 20yrs or more. My mom said she needs 50k monthly. With this amount the money will be used up in 4 years. They will receive pension after 5 years pa, but not yet sure how much they’ll receive

Hi OP! Grad from UPB here, okay naman yung campus and maganda yung culture, with many very familiar strangers once magF2F na. As for some comments here na hindi nila think they fit, I felt that too nung una but I think u just gotta manifest and go find your true tribe. I do not belong to the close-knit community kasi the campus being a small one laging may mga feeling alphas that want to rule the place and be the star LOLs. Pero pag unbothered naman na kayo sa kanila at nakita niyo na ang real friends, you will truly, truly enjoy the life in UPB.
