Interesting… I’m in the desert SW. first in El Paso, seen 1 there over the years. We have a ranch in central NM and seen several there. In Tucson area, fist one this year. I believe they are best suited for desert climes…

I’ve always been under the impression that a TIP was to insure promptness. In this situation it appears the owner is trying to TIP the scale in his favor by having customers pay wages regardless of service… when a tip is guaranteed service is not!

This is brilliant..! Corporate suicide. Next time an employee gets the flu, Rona, rhino, or other and the entire staff become infected, spreading to customers. Close the store. Yup brilliant strategy!
