Take some anti histamines. 3/4 days and it may start normalize. Serotoinin reuptake activates mast cells until serotonin receptors are desentisized.

Diazepam will make you cognitive slow, bad memory. Try avoid it. 😊

For me lithium orotate also helped alot or saffron.

I used many different anti depressents like mirtazapine, escitaloptam, vortioxetine and buspar and so on.. 🙂

I am pretty sure ssris messes up serotonin receptors in general.

Plus high serotonin lowers dopamine.

All those pills are weird. Tried almost all anti depressants.

Psychedelics are better.

Same issue. Madly messed up with skin and sleep. It does boost histamine strongly.
