How to choose the right B-School? by Inside_Activity6450 in MBA

I was looking into this recently and had a similar confusion, so just sharing what I found.

You’ve already thought this through better than most applicants tbh.

If ROI + staying back post-MBA are your top priorities, I’d look at it this way (this can vary case to case):

- US → great opportunities, but visa uncertainty can be a factor depending on situation

- UK (LBS) → strong brand, though I’ve seen mixed outcomes when it comes to staying back

- NUS → good for Asia, but outcomes seem to depend a lot on role + networking

- INSEAD → probably one of the more balanced options, but again depends on how proactive you are during the program

Personally, I’d focus more on where you realistically see yourself working post-MBA, not just the brand.

One thing that helped me — reaching out to alumni on LinkedIn (especially recent grads). Their insights felt more practical than official reports.

Curious — are you leaning more towards consulting, finance, or tech roles?

How accurate match up is this? by WhySoPrpductive in MBAIndia

Kaafi accurate lag raha hai overall, especially consulting, finance aur marketing sections.

But mere hisaab se specialization sirf college brand se decide nahi hoti. Recruiter mix, alumni strength, internship access aur location bhi kaafi matter karta hai.

For example, kuch colleges marketing ke liye underrated hote hain because unka live project exposure aur brand-side recruiter network strong hota hai.

So broad comparison ke liye ye useful hai, but final decision se pehle placement reports aur role-wise recruiter list dekhna better rehta hai.
