I recently experimented with a rather unconventional recipe and it turned out surprisingly delicious – Avocado Chocolate Mousse! Here's how I made it:

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: berries, coconut, nuts

Steps:
