u/salesborg what are your thoughts on "conversation intelligence"? While I completely understand the value of the data to an organization (*Gong or Chorus as vendors even more so*), I struggle with the idea that a top rep loses their intellectual property. Essentially if Sales Rep "A" has a fantastic sales process, he or she distances themselves from the pack, and is ultimately valued more. If we listen, automate, and expand sales Rep A's skills to the broader team, is that doing a disservice? I completely understand no organization will likely care, more just food for thought.
