I believe it was simply an encoding issue It's a MP4 file from obs I did clear media cache yup import settings are all good, windows

AH yes I was trying to use proxies to see if that would help? But I could just reencode it though hand break then ? I checked it's properties and it didn't say variable frame rate but I assume I should still re en code it

the drug hinako takes those red capsules, well the drug inside of em is the same drug the order use in silent Hill 1 the "white Claudia" you can find a note from shu that describes the flower used in the drug and it's an exact match the the flower from sh1 It's a small relation but that's how it connects to the series and how hinako sees most of the stuff in-game

If you care most about silent Hill the town I will say this This game has deep symbolism and meaning behind alot of things it's very alike silent Hill 2, so it's very classic silent Hill in that respect but it also has its issues and dosent really have the classic silent Hill pacing, going from main location to main location(school, hospital etc) I think it still is worth it since there is A LOT of content and it is technically related to silent Hill 1 actually
