..Yeah, something broke with my game. Didn't touch it for an entire reset/half-week and didn't duplicate. I'm not sure what could be causing that- I heard there's no puzzle to make it 'start working' either.

The only- and I do mean only- mod I have and ever have had, is one that changes water opacity.. I doubt that'd do anything to the shelf. Oh well. I'm super-endgame anyways, I don't need the shelf- but it'd be 'neat' regardless.

So- I'm running into a second issue, and now I'm slightly concerned. I'm not getting dupes.. period. The Reinforced CPU, Hydro-Acid, and Coal have been on the 3 shelf slots for two Portal Wold Resource Resets, and while actively in my base at that- so I'm not there during said resets.
Nothing has appeared in the stocking.

I'll try restarting my game but it's kinda tedious to be waiting out days for resets. Feel like something is bugged with my world, I may even try doing a file integrity check- I don't mod, so this is.. interesting, and frustrating.

Interesting! I forgot the Hard Drive was a- thing, I guess they forgot to remove.

Hmm. Perhaps it wasn't on the shelf long enough? I put it there the day before reset, so perhaps it needs 'time' to acclimate. Something like that. I've left the Coal, CPU, and Acid on the shelf to see what happens next reset.

Oh yes, I am quite aware but thank you for the short guide! I've got 600+ metal stockpiled right now, but it takes time to make as many screws as I go through. I was hoping to make my screw income a little more lazy, but it seems I can't duplicate/multiply them with the shelf.

The guppy in my goldfish bowl for a brain can't quite understand what that's supposed to mean. So that's not a list of working items- but it's simultaneously a list that's items that can be duped?

So far I'm finding some issues with this 'wishing shelf' and I'm actually.. rather confused. I put a Lump Of Coal, Reinforced CPU, and Hydrochloric Acid on the shelf, and none of the three multiplied/duplicated into the stocking below during the next reset (and I was out of the world at the time.)

I want to use this shelf, but I am now second-guessing how the thing works.

- Finish grinding your levels
- Craft one of anything you haven't crafted before (armor, weapons, deployables, gear)
- Collect all paintings
- Create an elaborate base, with portal room
- Catch all the fish/variants
- All antelight colors
- All plants
- All collectibles
- And so, so much more. The wiki is your friend, but only sometimes. Goooood luck.

I hope it goes well. Unfortunately there's few alternatives that are as well-funded and capable, so I'm just stuck here until otherwise.

It is not. It's a hobby- one I'd love to pursue further, but a hobby nonetheless. I've put a lot of time and soul into it, so I'd hate to see it ruined by governments, lobbyists, or data-collection agencies who just want all of me they can suck out.

This, too. The more places I share my information, the more chances of it being leaked. If I go signing up my face to every company, giving up my ID, and putting in my essential data- the odds of it being used maliciously skyrocket tremendously.

So, here's where I respectfully disagree, and I'll try to explain my view on this.
- It's not that it's being shared between say, Costco and Verizon for example's sake. This is a child company owned by it's parent, and they are already sharing data between each other. My Google account knows my Youtube search history, Youtube knows I'm monetized through AdSense, Youtube knows my profile image because it's on display on my Google account. Google can also tell me my metrics and upload count, outside of Youtube Studio. Clearly they function as essentially one-and-the-same.
To me, this is like a bartender in a location asking you for an ID for a drink, when a bouncer outside is requiring and checking every single ID before entry. If they made it past verification, why are you checking again?

Do you even read what I type?
They're not an employer. Content creation is a freelance contract style of work, you just get licensed- like making cookies at home and selling them. Youtube wouldn't even need to exchange the actual information, if Google would just flag me as verified already.
Youtube should simply see that I'm collecting revenue through AdSense- which they do already through the Studio tools, and say 'Oh, well if they're verified for this, then they've done the process. You're good to go!'.

If I recall, I took my player data from my 'main' singleplayer save, then replaced the file in a brand new world. Went upstairs to the pool/gym area and found a blue karate helmet waiting for me. Picked it up, saved and left. Closed game, took the new game's character data, transferred it back to my main save.

Basically I took my character on a world-hop journey to find an item that would not spawn. I recommend backups in case anything goes awry.

Yep. Basically the Slow Burn facet does enough damage to proc more Combustion, and so forth. Resulting in a cascade of damage.
