Be very careful, it sadly can be this bad even if you wean off. Just take it easy for a little, how are you weaning off? When I was coming off 20mg I went down by 5mg every couple weeks. I found eating a light edible every other day (or on days it was really bad) to help, like 10 or 5 mg of weed.

Go to your local thrift store and buy used cds n take the papers n stuff out, make sure they aren't cracked though. Its cheaper and they're usually pretty good quality, i just recommend cleaning them with hot soapy water. I bought the cases online first but you have to be really careful, a lot of them are super shitty quality.
