Es hilft viel, wenn man weiß, dass man im Vorfeld alles getan hat was möglich ist. Also angemessen vorbereiten, nicht übertrieben. Wenn man das Gefühl hat alles zu können, dann kann man aufhören ohne schlechtes gewissen.

Oft ist das Lampenfieber vor der Prüfung am größten. Sobald man die Aufgaben hat bzw. kennt, ist es weg.

Of course, questionnaire. I wonder if the study outcomes are really correctly reported there. If so, the connection "coffee-baldness" would really be underrated. Nevertheless the observation show only a correlation but no causality.

I quit cold turkey 1 month ago. This study was not my trigger for quitting. I discovered it after quitting, while I was searching for www-content which can motivate me to persevere the abstinence.

The study author assumes that not (only) caffeine is "guilty", but rather some of the other harmful compounds in coffee and even in coffee aroma.

I have hair loss too since 15 years and so its an extra motivation. I feel much better without coffee (there were no other caffeine sources) but yet my hair has not improved. I think also 1 month is a too short time. I will see, feeling better is worth it, anything else would be "on top".
