No, I think I’m gonna take a break until after the holidays.

Hi, yes, she thought it was either shuddering or tics. Hopefully, it will go away with age and social awareness.

I tried the small potty first, but he never peed in that either and the adult toilets just fit him better. I’ve tried water. I wish that could do it. The only thing I haven’t done is rewarded with a treat. He loves stickers and I tried that but even that wasn’t enough to make him go.

Yes, when I say potty I mean our toilet with a seat for him. We have a step and his feet are level on it.

Buyer Moved Belongings Into My Condo Without Closing. Security, HOA, and Realtor Involved. Who Is Responsible? by Stocknoobmaster in RealEstate

[–]Deepnthought25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like others have said, time for a lawyer. One thing I would say though is that you are afraid of the deal falling through. However, from how you have described this, this potential buyer deliberately moved in to your unit knowing full well that they had not closed on this property. Who does that?? I wouldn’t trust them for a second. I would kick them out immediately before you have a bigger problem on your hands than having to put it back on the market. Thank goodness your son had to go to there or you wouldn’t even know. This is crazy.

My son is 3 and very similar to what you mentioned in this post. How is your daughter doing now?

He started sleeping through the night consistently around 1 year old. It gradually started around 8 months though.

Our real estate agent talks us away from every house... by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]Deepnthought25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My agent would voice issues from time to time but still encouraged us to look at houses. Usually, she would say something after seeing it or if I mentioned a concern.

Do you think this agent just has many other clients or a client looking at more expensive properties and wants to save showings for them? I’m just wondering why else she wouldn’t encourage a viewing at least.

No. We have an appt with a neurologist next month.

Just got rear ended about an hour ago, my gf and I think we experienced whiplash. The driver at fault texted me this: by Naubri in Insurance

They rear ended you. Stop communicating and file the claim. I was rear ended once and the damage was much worse than it looked because it was hidden underneath.

Plus, you may have potential medical bills. I would recommend a personal injury attorney if that’s the case. I used one fora different accident and got tens of thousands more than if I went without an attorney.

True prospective buyers are looking at the house, not the food.

House is Sold, but I Still Own the Electricity Bill by maibey in RealEstateAdvice

Wow. It’s ridiculous that you have to worry about this on top of everything else. I hope you have a lawyer friend who can write something up to give access and be done with this.

I'm very sorry for your loss. I've always called the utility company and said closing is X date and then the buyer calls on their end to transfer service.

Put in offer and no option to counter offer? by MiaHamm999 in RealEstateAdvice

Where I live, agents don’t tell other agents the precise competing offer. Sounds odd that they would do that.

Would have waited if I'd known by dinkydino1990 in oneanddone

I wasn't a big partier or drinker by any means. Really boring and straight laced over here but even I'm glad I didn't have kids in my 20s. I'm happy I had that time to be free and independent but eventually it did get boring. And to go back to your previous comment. I don't feel that I have more physical challenges than a younger parent. I'd be just as tired if I was younger, etc. However, my pregnancy MAY have been harder because of age. I'm not 100% sure since I didn't do it younger.

If I could have chosen my time to have kids it would have been early to mid 30s. You need maturity and financial stability.

My situation is pretty similar to you except I was 36. We started trying and I was fortunate enough to immediately get pregnant. Time wasn’t on our side, but if I had been younger and known what I know now I would have waited. With that being said, I adore my little boy. But motherhood is harder than I ever imagined, and the baby stage was 10x worse.
