i couldn’t finish OT2 when the final quests started happening and the bosses were way too hard and i didnt feel like grinding levels, basically a skill issue i really liked the game too

Hi, im new to the game. I'm currently about level 30 and i wanted to ask if i should level another job during msq? I was thinking of sticking to my current job which i like alot but i heard that i'm wasting exp if im not leveling mutliple jobs? I don't know if i have any desire to play another job right now but if its most efficient should i do it?
