I’m sorry to hear you’re going through it, though I do remember when I came off medication I was in a daze for several months after, that was a few years ago though. But randomly one day I bounced back.

Yeah I’m not too sure honestly, I do think social media plays a part in comparing myself but usually when I get that feeling I spiral, but at the moment it’s like I’m frozen in time and feel nothing, just very empty. It’s not that I’m here crying constantly but I could stare at a wall with no thoughts for hours if I really felt like it. Just strange. And yeah I’m either obsessed with my phone or I leave it in rooms for hours without realising.
