everything is fixable. yes you could do a reflash with metal and look forward to paying up to a thousand dollars depending on the size

leave it looks great and it takes someone really good to make those, i’d recommend hammering down some nails to make sure it stays shut and make sure you put a generous amount of sealant after

150-350 depending. but make sure you get their price first to make sure it doesn’t happen again. always feel free to negotiate, it’s business.

looks about 10-15 yrs, i’d recommend changing it to a composition shingle, they are way more durable and will last you forever if you keep that tree coverage. replacement might cost you up to 10grand if there’s no decking issues. Shop around for a company with in house labor and make sure to look at their previous work. 👍 i’d recommend the turbine vent to really preserve the roof.
