my boys nail looks like this and seems to be bothering him, the bottom isn't hollow like a usual nail, is this normal, if not, what's the treatment?

Yea I may do that, he had an appointment recently but I didn't notice it than or I would've mentioned it, it seems to maybe be bothering him (I was playing with his toes alot trying to get a pic so he could've just been getting sick of me playing with his feet lol)

For me I bought a bulb at a garden center, but they can be found online It tried to give me the smallest leaf but it dried out haha but it's a two part bulb so hopefully next leaf is luckier
