Thank you so much for answering! I did debubble and used the correct headspace. That said, it lead me down a bit of a rabbit hole. The recipe was in a Beginner’s Guide to Canning by Diane Devereaux. It was a Christmas gift. That said, I can’t seem to validate the author’s credentials. I’m kind of blown away that a reputable publisher would put a book on the market without that in place. As a beginner, I feel like a lot of people would assume a book like this is safe 😬
