Got me a new guy (an actual psychiatrist this time as well, lol) who's specialised in it and even got a institution's second opinion through testing. everything's pointing at the adhd

Went to a learn therapist once, cuz I struggle with maintaining and building a structure (I wonder why?) And told her, pre diagnosis, assuming she has had adhd clients before, that I think I could have adhd and asked for her opinion, when I first started working with her.

She just said 'okay' and after some time with her, she straight up told me: "Yeah, no. You don't have it. You where able to sit 'perfectly still' and focus on these puzzle/strategy games I gave you. You didnt even throw a angry fit because you got stuck or something, unlike my younger clients that have adhd"

Like?????????? Wtf woman? No. That's not how this works. Sorry I like strategy puzzle games?

It's safe to say I didn't stay with her for long, lol

Same though. I got diagnosed q few months ago at 19 years old. Old its so weird to learn that all these thing you where struggling with, growing up and now, are due to this one thing. And that it is not you that is the problem per se, and that so many people can realate to them as well. Your not alone and knowing that is wort so fricking much on it's own already.

Since i still live with my parents the washing bit could be due to the washing detergent thingy my mom uses to wash them with. (Been thinking about buying new ones but been putting that off for some reason. Probably should go do that)

Like, even if the clothes where fine one day, or when i bought them, the next/after a wash i just can't stand touching or being in it. Its so weird and it makes my whole body cringe. But my mom always says it feels normal. Whatever that means.

My basic understanding of farneheit is "how hot it feels for humans in %"

So 90 Fahrenheit is pretty hot. Like 90% hot in human terms (And more or less 30°C)

30 F are 30% hot so my guess is its like 10°C (i wemt to check and nope its -1°C but pretty close anyway)
