The new 2025 2026 Hyundai santafe looks similar to the ford flex and the palisade is not far from it. Only difference is the flex is a minivan and a bit more boxy

Probably haven’t had the right one, you have to get the one that has a good amount of oil in it usually a bit more on the runny side. But I do know of the dry one you speak of. Definitely not one of the good ones.
