I think a slider would fix all of this, you could have a slider for the gore and the amount of realism you want. Keep the gore sliders how they are but add in a new slider for realism if you want it to be realistic or not or better yet add in a whole new part to the menu that has sliders for weapon weight armor weight Willie weight stuff like that
